Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and commercially astute Sourcing Analyst to manage the end-to-end procurement of branding materials and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem, specifically in sourcing vendors for ATL (Above-The-Line), BTL (Below-The-Line), MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and POP (Point of Purchase) materials. You will be responsible for vendor selection, cost optimization, and ensuring that our brand representation across all physical and digital touchpoints meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Category Sourcing (ATL / BTL / MICE)

Media & ATL: Source and evaluate agencies for television, radio, print, and OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising.

BTL & Activations: Manage procurement for on-ground activations, mall displays, and guerrilla marketing agencies.

MICE: Identify and negotiate with vendors for corporate events, exhibitions, stall fabrication, and logistics for large-scale conferences.
2. Material Procurement (POP & Branding Assets)

POP/POSM: Source manufacturers for Point of Purchase (POP) and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) such as danglers, floor stands, FSU (Floor Standing Units), and glow-signs.

Corporate Gifting: Manage the catalogue for branded merchandise and promotional giveaways.

Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits to print houses and fabrication units to ensure materials match brand guidelines and durability specs.
Vendor Management & Negotiation

RFP/RFQ Management: Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including technical and commercial evaluation of bids.

Negotiation: Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising the creative integrity of the brand.

Vendor Onboarding: Build a robust database of verified vendors, printers, and service providers.
Analytics & Reporting

Spend Analysis: Track and analyze monthly spend across different marketing categories.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on paper costs, printing technology (offset vs. digital), and logistics trends to benchmark pricing.

Performance Tracking: Monitor vendor KPIs (delivery timelines, print quality, and service levels).
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Procurement or Sourcing. Experience in an advertising agency or a large FMCG/Retail procurement team is a major plus.

Technical Knowledge: * Familiarity with printing processes (GSM, materials like Sunboard, Acrylic, Metal).

Understanding of event logistics and fabrication timelines.

Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP or Ariba) and advanced MS Excel.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, eye for detail (color matching/branding), and the ability to work under tight deadlines common in marketing campaigns.
