Shift Section:
★Control shift operation in QCX Blend expert.
★Preparation of raw mix design for controlling SM & LSF in raw mill.
★Ensure proper sampling & preparation for testing in XRF.
★Primary knowledge of XRF for sample testing only.
★Maintain Raw mill & Cement mill Quality target.
★Coordination with process department.
★Packing plant sample clearance
Chemical Section:
★Testing of raw mill, Clinker & white cement as per Indian standard.
Report Section:
★Assist in preparation of YDPR & Related MIS Data.
