Dispatch Planner 

Job responsibilities –

• Inventory Management - Defining Inventory Norms and Monitor Secondary Sales Vs Stocks & ensure Zero Stock Outs.
• Quantity Distribution - Deep diving depot wise-taluka-SLOC-segment wise quantity distribution.
• Analysis and evaluate demand thoroughly and understand the outlier/fluctuations.
  • Works closely with the regions/zones to understand key deviation in demand/supply planning/ forecasting process and drive interventions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Visibility & delivery - Providing order execution visibility & delivery visibility to the customer, Monitoring of inventory levels, Availability of executable/ clear orders.
• Play a sheet anchor role in spearheading the overall planning function & ensuring No SLOB / EXPIRIES.
• Defining Min Max norms for all 120+ depot locations.
• Managing M.S.Q at all the depots & terminals.
• Closing monitoring Inventory hygiene and follow-up with sales/regional logistic team for liquidation of SMNM

Technical/other skills

• Experience working with SAP is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
• Strong data and analytical skills including Excel is required

• Experience on some planning tools/software will be preferred
