Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets
Experience in dealing with Architects, Interior Designers, new market development.
Experience in dealing with Contractor’s & Applicators of Site.
New market identification and development. Knowledge of construction products.
Competitors update and Identify new market potential
Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needs.
Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time need
Minimum Degree: MBA (Marketing)/ Any Graduate.
Minimum Years / Type of experience: 2-5 years of experience in channel sales/Project Sales in Building material/Paints/Hardware/Waterproofing industry.
Area-specific knowledge: o Knowledge of Tile Adhesives & Grouts.
Have good Knowledge of Channel Sales. o Awareness of Specifications and BOQ.
Clarity of role in Construction of Architects/Contractors/Applicators.
Basic knowledge of Tiles and its technology.
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
