Main Accountabilities:

Profitability Finalization
 Prepare Volume data for P&L purpose like production, sales & despatch from SAP & sales account team.
 Prepare other necessary data and coordinate with business team for the finalisation of Profitability.
 Prepare Monthly Profitability for White Business including Paint and Coordination with Plant and Business team to take Corrective measure.
 Updation of Operational Profitability Statement (BH Format Profitability)
MIS & Business Support Service
 Post Finalization of Profitability Statement, Updation of EBITDA Note for Submission to White Business
 Review of Financial Numbers and updation of relevant remarks for Variation in Revenue/Variable Cost /Fixed Cost etc. in EBITDA Note
 Finalization of EBITDA Note for submission to Senior Management
 Monthly EBITDA Bridge preparation for EBITDA note purpose.
 Prepare Fixed Cost Monitoring Report for White Business and do the analysis and discussed with business team.
 Coordinate with the Plants as well as others function to get the reasoning for the variation in Budget vs Actuals.
Budgeting & Planning
 Prepare base data and Coordinate with plants for preparing Variable Cost.
 Coordinate with the business team for their inputs to finalising the White Business budget alongwith the help of Sales Accountsteam
 Prepare deviations report in actual expenditure from planned expenditure.
 Assist in analysing all corporate and long range financial related activities to ensure financial alignment to annual & long termplans
Peer Review
 Prepare Peers Companies financial data and compare with the JKCL.
 Prepare other details like Balance sheet , P&L and Ratio analysis of the peer companies and formulate the same in format for decision making.
