 Minimum Degree: B.E/B.Tech Ceramic & Cement
Technology / M.Sc Chemistry.
 Minimum Years / Type of experience: Minimum 6+
years
 Area-specific knowledge:
o Operation knowledge of the various equipment
o Process knowledge
o Chemistry of cement
o Computer application-

a) Co- Ordinate with Production site engineer for the smooth operation of the plant.
b) Monitor the quality of the products and maintain the quality within the range as defined in the QMS procedures.
c) Keep good co- ordination with the laboratory for the feedback of quality.
d) To follow the non- conformity procedure in case the product is not conforming to the standards.
e) Keep good communication with all and inform the abnormalities to the concerned.
f) To act effectively during emergency situations like fire/ accidents.
