Mechanical Maintenance

  Conducting daily TBT and manpower allocation  Taking work permits and LOTOTO for jobs and renewal whenever required  Planning of manpower and day today plant up keeping work  Maintenance of cement mill and supporting system.  To run equipment with zero breakdown and achieve maximum production.  To control spares cost by introducing new ideas and implementing it within time frame.  Achieve mill capacity with effective maintenance plan.  Effective maintenance planning to reduce MTTR and Increase MTBF of equipment.  Shutdown job planning and execution within planned time.  Spares planning and follow-up for equipment’s.  Drawing development of spares parts to procure from local vendors  Maintenance logbook, Equipment history record and safety data updating  Improvement jobs and kaizen to achieve maximum availability of equipment with minimum resources.  Reduction in fugitive dust emission and controlling it by improvement jobs.  Are housekeeping and cleaning work.  Ensure proper documentation of various records as per statutory and company requirements.  Ensure updating of data in SAP as per guidelines.  Participate in root cause analysis and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions for the maintenance breakdowns.  Ensure capability building with in the team to ensure effectiveness in operations.  Ensure testing and certification of all required equipment’s in GU.
