- Primary & Secondary sales from Grey/White/TA/ Direct channel partners
- Create and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets
- Identify opportunities for network expansion in the market like activation of new dealers, value upgradation of existing dealers etc.
- Ensure availability of the stock in the channel as per the market demand
- Placement of available product range in the channel
- Organize activities to engage influencers [Painters and Contractors]
- Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timeline
- Competition benchmarking and Identify new market potential
Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needs
