- To ensure uninterrupted production of 54.0 Lac T of Limestone and Over burden removal on yearly basis as per plant requirement. To monitor and meet quality standards as per plant needs.
- Control and maintain variable mining cost within budget by continual improvements in key KPI’s in terms of productivity of men and machines and reliability of mining equipment, crusher in terms of safe and smooth operations.
- To ensure scientific & systematic development of mine and pit design to optimize extraction of minerals from depth and blending of all grades optimally for mineral conservation in view of increasing its limestone reserves and consequently life of the mine.
- Monitoring of short term and long-term mine development strategy for cost effective mining operations and optimum utilization of Limestone reserves.
- To ensure optimum utilization of men and machines by effective implementation of monthly and annual plans.
- To assist HR in managing local issues to ensure uninterrupted production from all Mining pits and to avoid illegal encroachments in lease area.
- To build & sustain a conducive work culture by effective management and develop multi skill work force for enhancing productivity.
- To ensure effective and timely execution of approved capex jobs.
- Monitor, review and implementation of Safe Operation Procedures in all operation activities for safety of men and machines.
- To ensure compliance of statutory provisions of all applicable mining laws
First Class Mine Manger Certificate Holder
Well conversant with all applicable mining laws
Expertize in Mine planning and pit designing of open cast mine, blasting activities. Well Conversant with mining machineries and crusher operations.
Capable to handle large labour work force and local representatives of surrounding villages. |
