To ensure the completion of all the civil jobs within budget and time.
 To ensure the optimum utilisation of resources including manpower, machine and raw material for construction etc.
 To estimate the quantities and preparing the Bill of Quantities and Bill of Materials.
 To coordinate with other engineering department for the execution of civil maintenance related jobs.
 To facilitate procurement team for the purchase of required materials, by providing technical advice.
 To supervise the daily operations at construction site and plotting the final layouts as per the drawings.
 To direct and control the quality of construction as per the standards.
 To ensure that the contractor increases the resources if the job is getting delayed due to resource crunch (such as
manpower/ machinery).
 Team development.
 Stay updated with latest technical up gradations.
 Audit of structural stability.
 Minimum Degree: Diploma in Civil/BE (Civil)
 Minimum Years / Type of experience: 10-12Years
 Area-specific knowledge:
o Civil
o Knowledge of SAP.
o Communication Skills with Vendors
