To perform all maintenance related activities in Crusher Section, Additive Circuit & Raw Mill section-up to CF Silo Feeding.
 To track operation related activities of Crusher Section, Additive Circuit & Raw Mill section-up to CF Silo Feeding .
 To maintain cleaning in Crusher Section & ensure jam free equipment.
 To Coordinate with Mines, Lab & process team to ensure Limestone availability & to maintain sufficient stock of Piles.
 Maximize plant availability
 Walk-by Inspection of the section.
 Maintaining daily records
 Developing SAP data i.e. notification, order, PR etc.
 Resource Planning.
Cost optimization
 To optimize maintenance cost as per given budget.
 Monitoring inventory.
 Identifying areas where power cost can be reduced.
Modification / Kaizen
 Identifying areas of improvement.
 Analysing problems/ breakdown and do proper modification to avoid repetitive breakdowns
Safety & statuary compliances
 Ensure proper work permit
 Ensure isolation of power before start the work
 Plan for TBT & safety training of manpower
