To oversee and plan activities for Facility Management, Property Management, Housekeeping activities, Pest Control, Pantry
Management, Help Desk, Front Office, etc
 Fleet managmeent , Maintenance & pertaining expences control .
 Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of
necessary supplies at all times.
 Procurement of housekeeping material & ensure timely services inside the plant. Dealing with local authorites for proper
garbage disposals.
 Complete responsibility to manage repair and maintenance work related to building components, MEP, finishes, equipment,
signage, and site components.
 Allotment of sim cards, visiting cards , dairyes & vehicles for smoth movement inside & outside the premises. Festival gift
distribution & vendor paymants.
 Develop, cultivate and own key relationships with Landlords, companies and third-party service providers and vendors.
 Coordinating for travel plan, arranging meetings, distributing memos, reports and ensuring that everyone is kept updated.
 Preering route map of CSR activites & capmaign planning.
 Budgeting for various services like Housekeeping and Ancillary Services, Equipment AMC, Event management, Catering,
Employee engagement activities, Utilities and maintenance.
 Preparing and implementing maintenance plan for offices regards to preventive and predictive maintenance
