Plant Civil (including railway yard) & Sanitation  Give rate analysis, estimates/inputs for planning and budgeting for Civil maintenance of the plant based on the expansion plan, production requirements, storage requirements, building and structural stability etc. of various buildings, yards, storage area etc.  Responsible for preliminary and preparatory activities for civil maintenance/project activities at plant adhering to safe and sustainable practices.  Ensure proper tendering, contractors’ selection, contract execution and management as per agreed terms and conditions.  Ensure local liaison with various stakeholders at various stage of project/maintenance/expansion etc.  Responsible for various statutory approvals and also various statutory compliance requirements.  Lead painting activities across various plant locations as required from estimation, contractor selection, execution and closure.  Responsible for sanitation & maintenance activities including estimation, contractor selection, execution & closure in plant and surrounding areas.  Responsible for the billing activities of various civil works in the plant, colony, ITI, School and other CSR works.  Ensure Safety Management, Environment Management, IMS compliance and compliance to other regulatory requirements Horticulture  Manage the entire horticulture activities across the location including estimation & budget, contractor selection, execution and bill passing.
