Training Planning & Execution:
 Facilitate Training Needs Identification and consolidation for Training calendar inputs
 Ensure timely release of training calendar as per need of all functions/ businesses
 Drive execution of training programs including preparing and sending program invitations, driving participation, tracking
completion of pre-training questionnaires (where required), arranging program logistics (food, stay & training material),
tracking attendance, etc
 Monitor the costs incurred for trainings and prepare reports on the frequency and effectiveness of trainings
administered. Ensure the training costs are in line with the defined budget. Monitor variances and seek appropriate
approvals where required
 Maintain training reference data such as trainer data, service providers, venue data, course details, etc. to facilitate
training delivery.
 Arrange all logistics and infrastructure required for the actual delivery of training in the most effective and feasible
manner.
 Oversee accommodation and travel arrangements of internal and external faculties and participants to ensure smooth
facilitation of the training programs.
 Collect feedback on participants’ experience in terms of performance of faculties, the effectiveness of infrastructure,
effectiveness of institutional tie-ups and participant engagement during training, etc. to gather an accurate
understanding of training effectiveness. Take necessary actions, if any, basis the feedback received.

Learning Management System:
 Take complete ownership of the Learning Management system – Admin profile - Success factor, ensure employee
training data is up to date at any given time.
 Manage staff training records & related databases and learning material systematically and accurately for management
information purposes. Track individual employee learning reports through LMS Platform. Provide reports to manager and leadership team as
requested.
 Ensure all courses are appropriately tagged on each employee’s Individual profile.
 Conduct awareness sessions for employees on how to use the LMS to get maximum benefit from the system.
 Ensure all mandatory training programs are tagged on the system for all employees and is completed by them in a timely
manner. Track and report progress to the Head – L & D on a periodic basis
 Knowledge management via LMS portal for organization wide learning courses / academies / intervention as applicable

New Employee Induction:
 Ensure timely content updating and readiness as per organization updates, changes and needs based on business
dynamics (internal & external)
 Monitor and update the list of all new joiners from the HR teams across all regions. Facilitate timey induction as per
agreed SLAs/ TAT
 Collect feedback from participants, analyse feedback and share observations with Head-L&D to improve the
effectiveness of the induction program.
 Assign and ensure completion of all monthly mandatory training programs for new joiners as per digital onboarding.
Vendor Management:
 Monitor and renew agreements/contracts with vendors on a periodic basis.
 End to end process compliance as per organization norms, PR/PO process and PR to Invoicing process as per SLA & TAT
 Liaise with the training vendors and suppliers for timely submission of invoices.
 Ensure the trainers are compensated for their services promptly by coordinating with the finance division. Manage and
resolve escalations/delays, if any.
 Select and liaison with all vendors and service providers centrally to negotiate and obtain optimal cost and value in the
training program. Ensure they have complete clarity on the scope of services.
 Negotiate all commercial aspects of delivering training through the external facilitators and seek necessary approvals on
the same.
 Help identify external trainers and vendors capable of delivering niche / specialized training programs as per BU /
Stakeholder needs.
 Review E-Modules from each vendor to align with internal competency/capability requirement.
