A. Preparation of Critical monthly MIS for Tylo and Construction Chemicals:
o Preparation and submission of BRM deck to be held on monthly basis for review.
o Critical review of monthly review of business performance- EBITDA.
o Identify the reasons for variance, if any, and highlight to management for necessary action and undertake detailed
computation & analysis of retention by Product / SKU / Segment, identify & highlight any variance with budget.
o Fixed Cost Analysis YoY, MoM and with budget of the same periods.
o Monthly Sales Performance Reports at product category level – Month on Month with peer comparison with budget. Year
on Year with peer comparison with budget.
o Retention Analysis- MoM Retention Analysis at product category and State-level. These are very critical reports for all
business decisions and review the performance.
o Contribution Analysis- Preparation and submission of Contribution Analysis of the core products at State/Zone level for
B. Other key activities are:
o Monitoring of actuals expenses booking and GL and Cost Centre level.
o Monitoring of Channel Incentive impact at product category and state level and critical review of scheme provisioning.
o Support in new business initiative and business modelling as per business requirement.
C. IT system and SAP Developments:
o Work closely with the IT team to assess the feasibility and configure the changes. Test the changes across various scenarios
to ensure accuracy before making it live for the division
o Automation of key business prcoessess like system based exceptional reporting, Outstanding remarks capturing in SAP and
Parent and Child relation implementation in SAP.

D. Collaboration and General Management:
o Collaboration with Cross Functional Team for business reporting and other activities
