Supervise and monitor the activities of the Stores Department and responsible for of stock levels and inventory planning in consultation with the respective departments.
• Preparation of various MIS reports.
• Monitoring of receipts, issues and custody of various stores, spares, raw materials and packing material etc.
• Look after the timely disposal of scraps and other obsolete materials.
• Co-ordination with other departments for various stores functions.
• Guide to subordinates for Project Planning, maintain relation with other departments and proper functioning for good management system.
• Overall responsible for safe working practices in Stores Dept.
• Safe unloading, stacking and custody of materials.
• To ensure correct physical quantity receipt as per Party's Challans.
• To provide support to all the user departments for timely and correct quantity of materials issue
• To follow safe work practice.
• Sent the GRN’s to Account’s dept, for bill passing and payments.
• Timely issue of relevant documents i.e Shortage Memo, Rejection Memo, Returnable Gate pass & Non- Returnable gate pass.
• To access the training needs of employees working in the Stores Department in consultation with HR and depute them for training

Identification of Non-moving materials & making use of them with some modification.

• Coordination with HO for Raw material/Engg. item.

• Receive material, inspection & invoice verification and informed to general accounting section of accounts department for further necessary action.
