 Minimum Degree: PG/ Graduation
 Minimum Years / Type of experience: 10-15 Y
working experience in Govt. Security Body.
 Area-specific knowledge:
o Good exposure of Handling Locals/ Leaders /Govt
functionary.
o Drafting / documentation of Plant Security SOP..
o Sound understanding communication skills /
handling critical situation within plants and outside
plant area.

Deployment / Entry & Exit /Security Bill Verification:
- Verify and process bills of security agencies and Admin related Bills.
- Deployment of manpower as per need of the plant.
- Control of all Materials and unauthorised entry & Exit.
- Visitors management
Control of Gate Authorised Entry / Emergency response:
- Control and accounting all trucks per day of raw material and cement.
- Coordinate with other depts. For functional requirement.
- Create reports on security status.
- Deal with emergency response, fire and vehicle safety aspects for entire plant.
- . Implementation of security SOP of Company
Plant Administration – Surveillance report/ Guarding/ Documentation
- Guarding, surveillance, patrolling and record keeping.
- Exercise access control for men, material and vehicle.
- Prevent untoward incidents and breaches.
- Ambulance / OHC Operation in Emergency.
- Annual 26th January & 15th August program as per crop-Admin& security guideline.
- Coordinate with HR team for success full arrangement of event
- Security arrangement during VIP visit
- Vigilant for surrounding area activity and liaison with local police.
