Minimum Degree: B.Tech (Mechanical)
 Minimum Years / Type of experience: 9Y – 12Y in Cement Manufacturing plant.  Area-specific knowledge: Knowledge of Preventive & corrective mechanical maintenance, SAP PM & MM or Any other ERP, ISO ,OHSAS . Decisions to be taken by Manager  Shutdown planning  Spare planning  Review of preventive and corrective maintenance activity  Manpower skill analysis  Safety review of all critical activities  Maintenance cost review  Optimization of inventory management  Vendor finalization

To ensure cost control of maintenance Ensure planning, preparation and adherence to budget in terms of spare and inventory
 Coordination with production team to obtain maintenance release of equipment’s
 Coordination with vendor Vendor evaluation and support for contracts (AMC)
 Monitor & control the maintenance of whole plant
 Responsible for planning of all maintenance activity
 Planning of all shutdown activity
 Adherence of legal complinace
 Supervise the maintenance planning, process improvements, yield improvements and engineering changes through management of change control procedure.
 Ensure proper root cause analysis and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions pertaining to mechanical breakdowns.
 Ensure safety, quality, and productivity, inventory Management.
 Adherence to Project and maintenance scheduling
 Validation of projects by PG (performance guarantee tests)
 Alternate development of sources of equipment’s, spare parts
 Team development and training to all FTEs / Engineer.
 Stay updated on recent technology up gradations/ developments.
 Coordination with other departments as well as handling manpower related issues
