Project Management & Execution
 Planning, Execution & Completion of Assigned Project Activities within the Execution Budget Approved of E&I.
 Liasioning for Construction Power and Permanent EHT Line from State Electricity Board.
 Suggesting Inputs on drawings RFE for Improvement w.r.t Cost Reduction, Ease of Execution & Quality Enhancement.
 State Electricity Board Coordination for Approvals & Compliances.
 Co-ordination within the Department for Resource allotment without hampering other sections execution jobs.
 Co-ordination with Inter-Department to carry out Day to Day Project Execution Jobs without hampering other functions execution jobs.
 Quality of Job Execution to be of Highest standard with zero NCR and rework.
 Processing of all RA Bills & Supply / Service Invoices as per SOP.
 Tracking, Receipt & Issue of Equipment’s / Materials required for planned jobs as per Project schedule.
Contractor Management
 Assessing / Creating Front for contractor with deployment of required resource w.r.t Manpower, Materials, Tool & Tackles.
 Daily Job planning & execution, Gap Analysis with Corrective action plan to achieve the desired results of Management.
 Monthly Project Progress reviews with execution processes like work certification, bill approvals, completion, handover & compliances.
Safety & Statutory Compliances
 100% Adherence to EHS Norms maintained as per our Organisation guideline documents.
 Zero Reportable Incident.
 Implementing Practice of Reporting of Near Miss & SOT from the Function.
