Objective of this position to operate the plant with high efficiency keeping in co- ordination with the Other technical departments
Improvement of the existing Operation practices for a better Productivity MAIN TARGETS

Main accountabilities Requirements and skills
 Various Compliances (namely PAT, ISO and statutory compliance)
• To ensure timely submission of various reports/data to various national bodies for recognition
• SAP-Master recipe, BOM, New material code creation
• Annual/Rolling Planning of Production plan
• Process Order creation
• PR generating for all raw materials.
• To procure the proper raw materials and fuels for easy production and ensure the same.
• To ensure positive interface between production, QC functions.
• Adherence to quality standards & norms
• Adherence to environmental norms
• Adherence to OHS compliances
• To procure plan of various inputs- Raw materials and fuels.
• Ensure PRI & OEE of various production line resources.
• Creation of Bill of Material.
• Creating production version.
• Creating new Master SAP for all production material code.
• Effective participation of production personnel in plant maintenance activities to ensure required MTBF
Human relations & management skills

b) Analytical and logical approach  Minimum Degree: B.E / B.Tech- Chemical Engineering
 Minimum Years / Type of experience: Minimum 2+ years  Area-specific knowledge: o Operation knowledge of the various equipment o Process knowledge o Computer application Decisions to be taken to Manager  MIS Reporting  Daily production booking  Key performance indicator
