Main accountabilities Requirements and skills
1. Cement Mill operation for optimum process operating conditions to achieve the targeted Production & Quality. Also to follow corrective action guidelines for maximizing production and maintain Product quality.
2. Calibration of weigh feeders as per schedule.
3. Timely completion of Process related maintenance jobs.
4. Monitoring and analysis of CCR trends.
5. Arresting false air infiltration in the circuit.
6. Monitor efficient working of pollution control equipments.
7. Identifying material spillage points and arresting with the help of team.
8. Coordination with contractor for timely availability of manpower and machines.
9. Ensure availability of standby equipments as and when required.
10. To ensure a safe workplace environment throughout the Cement mill area
11. Reporting for all incidents/accidents and their documentation.
12. Strict compliance of work permit system and other documentations.
